My journey with The Noble Crust began after years of learning and working in professional kitchens. Those experiences shaped my understanding of the craft and deepened my respect for the patient process of artisan baking.

What started in a small home kitchen quickly evolved. Today, The Noble Crust operates as a cloud bakery — a dedicated space where every order is baked fresh specifically for you. We focus on slow-fermented breads and small-batch treats, ensuring that every crumb we deliver across Mumbai carries the care and quality you deserve.

We use real butter — not margarine. Single-origin dark chocolate from the good stuff. Stone-milled flour that you can actually taste. Fresh eggs. No shortcuts, no substitutes, no "it'll do." If it isn't right, it doesn't go in the bowl.

  • Cookies, buns and bagels can be prepared same day, subject to availability.
  • All cakes must be ordered one day in advance before 12 PM.
  • Bulk and B2B orders require prior confirmation.
  • Custom orders are subject to availability.
  • Advance payment is required to confirm all orders.
  • No cancellations once production has started.

Shelf Life & Care

  • Freshly baked without preservatives.
  • Breads: Best consumed within 4–5 days. Store in a cool, dry place or refrigerate.
  • Cookies: Best within 5–7 days in an airtight container.
  • Cakes & Desserts: Best within 4–5 days. Keep refrigerated.
  • Bring refrigerated items to room temperature before serving for best flavour.
